DR SARAH CROWE

Planning | Regeneration | Development | Community Engagement | Climate Resilience | Placemaking

Planning and regeneration expertise for complex places and projects.

I help public, community and built-environment organisations tackle complex place-based challenges. I develop strategies, shape projects and bring people and partners together to create more sustainable, inclusive and resilient places.

I bring extensive experience across planning, regeneration, development and project management, including neighbourhood and town-centre regeneration, housing renewal and development, property acquisition, new-build and refurbishment, estate and property management, community engagement and participatory planning. My work also spans placemaking, climate adaptation and resilience, blue green infrastructure and applied research.

I combine practical delivery experience with research-informed approaches to help organisations understand challenges, build shared priorities and turn evidence and ideas into practical action.
